



The Asset Solutions department of United Title is managed by Kelle Walker. After working in the title industry for 10 years, Kelle began to focus her career in REO and Relocation Properties. As department manager, Kelle supervises the closing of all our properties and conducts the majority of them personally. She is a licensed title agent for both Louisiana and Florida.
United Title has a dedicated attorney entirely to servicing REO/RELO clients. Thomas has been working in real estate law since 2003. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Land Title Association and a member of the American Land Title Association. He regularly provides continuing education to those organizations as well as to real estate agents and attorneys, as an approved instructor by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
Chris has his hand in every aspect of title to the properties he closes. From the outset of a file being received by us, Chris establishes contact with those involved and provides them with up to date information throughout the entire process. His passion about serving his clients ensures that they will be provided with all necessary information to pass on to their clients as well. Chris specializes in distressed assets and has worked in REO since 2007. He is a licensed title producer for Louisiana and Florida.
Kimberly began working in the REO/RELO field in 2006 . As an Escrow Officer, she provides closing services and coordinates closings with real estate attorneys, signing professionals, title professionals and other experts. Kimberly is responsible for overseeing signing of documents and disbursing of funds as well as conferring with lenders, agents, buyers and sellers in a transaction to ensure the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are met before the closing date.
Kristin has a vast knowledge of all aspects of the REO/RELO field. Her primary focus is on title curative matters. However, since 2005 she has honed her skills in all aspects of the real estate field with experience in deed and closing document preparation as well as working step by step through closings with Fannie Mae.
One of the major factors that sets us apart from our competitors it the ability to clear title issues prior to receiving a completed contract. In addition to working consistently with clients across the country, Josh is highly trained in curative matters and his position is dedicated to clearing title issues immediately.
Tanya opens all of our REO and RELO files and immediately contacts the parties involved to make them aware that the title work has been initiated. Tanya also provides updates to the clients on a regular basis about the status of their title order, this includes making them aware of our 48 hour turnaround time on completing a title commitment. Tanya's detailed organization of our files ensures all pertinent information is gathered at the beginning of the title process to prevent any last minute incidents.
Kathy is the residential branch manager for our company. She is responsible for overseeing and directing our statewide operations. This includes directing marketing efforts, managing software support and updates.
